Brief introduction of students’ background.
1. Up to the level of ability of students’ language: Standard Mandarin Chinese, relatively fluent spoken English.
2. National prerequisite : 20 years old or below, enunciation clarity, regular facial features, good eyesight without harmful habits.
Male height: 170 cm or above
Female height: 158 cm or above.
3. Student mainly come from various counties, villages and towns in Anhui Province, with the spirit of enduring hardships, honest and reliable, and powerful teamwork and discipline, behaving relatively stronger service and discipline consciousness.
4. According to students’ “Education Plan”, the regular fieldwork time is 12-15 months.
